Mid-State Homes was founded in March 1985, selling Manufactured and Modular Housing. To date, Mid-State Homes has sold and completed 1,700 Quality Built Homes in Hancock, Wood, Seneca, Putnam, Allen, Hardin, Henry, Wyandot, as well as other surrounding counties. Although we do build custom site built homes, over 90% of our homes are built using a combination of site-built and system-built technology. This is the key to our success. We can build a new home anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Findlay. We can have a homeowner moved in within only a few months after signing a contract.

Our sales staff has more than 72 years of combined sales and building experience. Bill Johns has built dozens of site built homes in the Findlay area for over 37 years, which includes several homes for the Hancock County Home Builders "Parade of Homes." Barry Simmons worked in commercial construction prior to joining Mid-State Homes, 14 years ago. Kathy Dodds has 17 years in sales office, and project management. Mid-State Homes has a full-service department, staffed by dedicated employees with over 45 years of experience.
